Payment methods & currency

Available payment methods and the currency accepted for your order are displayed at checkout. The checkout page shows applicable product prices, shipping charges, and taxes before you place the order.

Payment authorization

When you submit an order, you authorize the payment method selected at checkout to be charged for the order total shown. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; acceptance and fulfillment remain subject to the order terms and applicable law.

Payment processing & security

Online payments are handled through the checkout and payment service providers made available for the store. Their processing of payment information is subject to their own terms and privacy practices. For your security, do not send full payment-card numbers, security codes, or account passwords to us by email, text, or phone.

Shopify provides merchants with customer privacy and checkout settings; the actual data handling depends on the store's enabled settings and integrations.

Billing questions & refunds

If you see an unfamiliar or incorrect charge related to an order, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where available and are processed under the Return & Refund Policy.
