The Sleeping Dragon bookends divide a reclining dragon into two sculptural forms: a resting head and forebody at one end, a curled tail and hindquarters at the other. Place books between them and the dragon’s long silhouette seems to continue around the spines, creating a quiet scene across the shelf.

Ivory ceramic, deep cobalt scales, and celadon cloud relief give the pair layered color and texture. Each figure sits on a matching rectangular base, while the closed eyes and curled posture keep the expression calm rather than fierce. The pieces work as functional bookends and as a distinctive display when arranged together.
